Perspective in Practice is a cohort-based experience designed to help organizations build the internal capability to lead meaningful Viewing Deck sessions on their own. Rather than relying on CLU to facilitate each time, this experience prepares Team Leaders and Team Members to engage the work thoughtfully, responsibly, and with shared understanding.

Perspective in Practice begins with a short cohort-based course that prepares Team Leaders and Team Members differently, but in alignment.

After completing the course, Team Leaders meet with CLU for a facilitation readiness checkpoint before leading an in-person Viewing Deck™ session with their teams. The materials, preparation, and structure allow the experience to be held internally with clarity and care.

The result is not just a single session, but a capability the organization can return to over time.
